Martial arts

Born for play with my friends, I play to Jūdō since i was 12 years old.
At the opposite that all could think, this sport gives me a lot of patience and above all, a deep mind meditation.

Jūdō is a fight and self-defense sport that was born in Japan by the maestro Jigoro Kano.

If I translate it: (kindness, ductility, adaptation) (way). This is the main principle that is based this martial art.
This sport gets a series of techniques with strict physical contact, based on take advantage of opponent strength, and drop one with himself might. All this, without leave the respect. If we reported it in the our lifes I would say: be yielding in your life... not strong. Be kindness... non scorbutic. Be adaptable, ductile... not inflexible, tough.

in the end, wich is more strong among Willow and Oak?
The Willow, because during a big snowfall, it be ductile under the snow. Instead the Oak is a strong tree and it will store a lotof snow on his ranches... breaking it.

Jūdō teaches us that we will not come to the end, to the absolute knowledge. Of course, the black belt is an arrive but it's also a new way of knowledge.
